Who should attend?

Any individual in any organisation who feels they would like to develop and hone their communication skills and increase their confidence when involved in presenting (internal or external), managing conflict, delivering a toolbox talk and overall engaging with the workforce. The course is suitable for all levels from administration roles to operators and supervisors through to managers and even directors.


To provide individuals with:

• The confidence to express their ideas and opinions effectively

• The confidence in handling difficult people and dealing with conflict and tricky situations

• How to improve listening skills and interpreting the message correctly

• The skills to confidently prepare and deliver a toolbox talk, a presentation or any other form of communication

• To create a positive and happier mental attitude
