This course can be delivered either in a classroom setting or via webinar. It covers key communication skills that help individuals become more confident and effective in delivering toolbox talks and managing conflict. The course is suitable for all levels from administration roles to operators and supervisors through to managers and even directors.

Any individual in any organisation who feels they would like to develop and improve their communication skills and increase their confidence when involved in presenting (internal or external).

This course will provide attendees with the confidence to express their ideas and opinions effectively along with handling difficult situations where conflict could potentially arise. It aims to improve listening skills and provide attendees with the skills to confidently prepare and deliver toolbox talks and presentations.

The course includes an introduction to communication and listening techniques, advises the benefits and limitations of toolbox talks and explains how to understand your audience. Additionally there is a practical session: presenting a toolbox talk
