The geotechnical awareness for operatives course aims to build knowledge of Geotechnical hazards and awareness for anyone who works within the quarrying industry. The course also outlines the hazards that may occur on a site, and how these can be spotted.
Includes
The course outlines the importance of maintaining awareness and safety within the quarrying industry. This is achieved by constructing knowledge of spotting hazards when working with tips and excavations; as well as improving methods or designing, inspecting and working on a site.
