Any persons that are in a supervisory or management role that have previously completed the full Managing Safely course.

This course looks to refresh delegates on their knowledge on vital parts of Managing Safely by relating them to a plan-do-check-act management system

The refresher course reinforces key concepts from the original Managing Safely course. It begins with a recap of essential terms and the importance of managing safely, then explores the role of leadership in fostering a positive safety culture. Delegates revisit the core principles of Plan-Do-Check-Act: understanding safety policies, conducting risk assessments, communicating safety plans, measuring performance, and taking action for continuous improvement. The course ends with reflection on learning and application in the workplace.
